Confidentiality, access and the treatment of personal information are agreed in writing before an engagement begins.
The engagement defines the authorized recipients. An NDA can be put in place before any information is shared. Reports are not published or shared with other galleries.
We agree the communication approach with leadership in advance, including how the team is informed and how feedback is delivered. The program is designed for development, not public ranking or individual humiliation.
The engagement agreement provides for the gallery to own its engagement-specific observations and reports. GPI retains its pre-existing methodology. Access, retention and deletion arrangements are set out before work starts.
Scenarios assess the gallery experience, not the quality of an artist’s work. We minimize personal information, avoid collecting confidential collector records and do not make purchase commitments.
